Position of Our Product in Industry Chain
There are over 40 engineering personnel, including 10 people with senior title and doctorate. The core team people coming from the defense enterprise administrated by Shanghai Non-ferrous Metal Research Academy have solid theory foundation and rich operating experience as they have history of nearly 20 years’ experience in technology development of semiconductor monocrystalline silicon growth, wafer grinding and polish process, monocrystalline silicon growth system, monocrystalline silicon fully automatic production equipment and inspection instruments.
In December 2015, the 12 inch chip size monocrystalline silicon independently developed by this company successfully passed the inspection sponsored by National Test Center for Non-ferrous Metal and Electronic Material. The critical data of the scientific product has all passed the test, in which some specifications have reached the international standard. The successful development has made the 12 inch chip monocrystalline silicon silicone process from monocrystalline silicon growth to grinding and polish come true domestically, which has filled the blank.
